All service bookings are subject to confirmation by our team to ensure proper scheduling, availability, and project fit.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes are based on information provided by the client and are subject to change if the project scope, conditions, or access requirements differ from the original description. Any changes will be communicated and approved prior to additional charges being applied.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Service dates and times are scheduled based on project needs and availability. A confirmation will be provided once details are reviewed and accepted by ASEOJM Cleaning Services Inc.
We request timely communication if project timelines or access change to ensure proper coordination.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined on your invoice or service agreement. Deposits may be required for large or ongoing projects.
Full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that:

• The job site is safe and accessible for our team.

• Power and water are available for cleaning use.

• All valuables or sensitive materials are removed or secured.

• Any special surfaces, finishes, or instructions are communicated in advance.

6. Additional Requests After Completion

Once a final walk-through has been completed and approved by the client or site representative, any additional cleaning requests, touch-ups, or revisions will be billed separately.
This ensures that any new or post-approval changes are properly documented, scheduled, and completed according to project needs.

7. Liability

ASEOJM Cleaning Services Inc. is fully insured for general liability and workers’ compensation.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, materials, or surfaces.
In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will notify the client immediately and handle it in accordance with our insurance and company policies.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee to recover scheduling and staffing costs.

9. Add-On and Specialty Services

Add-on services (such as Mop & Glo or specialty floor care) are available for an additional fee and must be requested prior to the scheduled service date.
Requests made after the final walk-through may also incur additional costs depending on scope and scheduling.

10. Website Use

All website content — including images, text, and logo — are property of ASEOJM Cleaning Services Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
